Our Bullish Intraday Screener monitors 3000+ NSE & BSE stocks in near real-time and ranks the top performers based on short-term momentum, buying strength and volume behaviour. The values on the screener are calculated dynamically every minute to reflect the most active bullish opportunities during market hours.
Understanding Each Column in the Screener
Stock Name
This column lists the stocks currently showing bullish momentum. The ranking continuously changes based on almost real-time performance — stocks with improving momentum move upward while weakening stocks move downward.
5m %, 10m %, 20m %, 40m % Percentage Change
These percentages show how much the price has changed over different rolling time windows. Instead of fixed time blocks, rolling windows detect momentum much earlier.
If these values improve gradually (5m → 10m → 20m → 40m), it indicates strengthening momentum rather than a one-time spike.
Buy % – Sell %
Shows the percentage distribution of buying vs selling volume happening right now.
Higher Buy % compared to Sell % suggests dominant buying pressure.
Buy ₹ – Sell ₹
Shows the approximate invested value behind buying and selling trades.
This considers price × traded quantity to estimate trader participation behind the move.
Volume Acceleration
This value represents whether the trading volumes are increasing or decreasing over time.
It is calculated using recent minute-by-minute volume movements:
- Positive acceleration → buying activity is speeding up
- Negative acceleration → momentum is slowing down
Price Direction
Price direction simply checks whether the latest traded price is higher or lower compared to the previous reading:
- Up → Last price > previous price
- Down → Last price < previous price
- No change → No movement
Buy % – Sell % (15-Minute Rolling)
This metric is based on the last 15-minute rolling data. It reduces short-term noise and helps identify whether buying has remained strong over a longer period.
Buy ₹ – Sell ₹ (15-Minute Rolling)
Shows the estimated invested value (₹) behind buying vs selling over the last 15-minute window — helpful to identify whether large traders are participating consistently.
How the Screener Gives Early Bullish Signals
- Percentage change across multiple rolling windows increases gradually
- Buy % is consistently higher than Sell %
- Volume acceleration stays positive
- Price direction remains “Up” instead of fluctuating
- 15-minute Buy % and Buy ₹ values confirm sustained interest
When these conditions align together, it indicates bullish behaviour strengthening over time — however, this is for market research and should not be treated as investment advice.
Data Refresh Frequency
All values refresh continuously during market hours using log processing with almost real-time data.
This ensures that momentum ranking always reflects current market conditions.
